We have been having such fun getting ready for Christmas in the Nurture Nest. We got out our crib and looked at baby Jesus and all the important figures. We talked about the true meaning of Christmas and were so excited to help decorate our Christmas tree. We have been practising songs for the Christmas play and have been enjoying Christmas stories. We loved making hot chocolate and the marshmallows and cream were delicious! We celebrated MAnuel's 6th birthday with a delicious cake and have enjoyed dressing up as elves in our room. Today was a special Christmas jumper day. We had a lovely Christmas dinner and made some green playdough and added peppermint flavouring too. We had fun measuring how many cups of flour and salt we needed to use.
