ASC1 celebrated Earth Day by watching some videos to remind how to care for our planet and why it is important that we all make an effort to recycle, reduce our waste and be kind to our environment. We always sort our rubbish in class for recyclables, food waste for compost and we reuse what we can for our junk modelling at play based learning.
Each child made a special poster to show how we are responsible for protecting the Earth by holding it up high, away from the rubbish people throw away.
