Letter for Parents
Dear Parent/ Guardian
(Please use the translate bar above if required)
Many of our families will have seen media coverage over the past week relating to unrest and anti-immigration incidents in parts of Northern Ireland. We understand that such reports can be upsetting and may cause concern for some members of our school community.
At St Patrick’s Primary School, every child and every family is valued, respected and welcome. Our school is proud of its rich cultural diversity, and we believe that this diversity strengthens our community and enriches the experiences of all our children.
Our recent inspection highlighted the inclusive nature of our school and recognised the positive, welcoming environment that exists for all pupils and families. We remain fully committed to ensuring that St Patrick’s is a place where everyone feels safe, respected and a true sense of belonging.
If you or your child have any concerns arising from recent events, please do not hesitate to contact myself or Miss Campbell. We are always available to listen, provide support and work with families to ensure the wellbeing of every child in our care.
Thank you for your continued support in helping us maintain a school community built on kindness, respect and understanding.
School Sports Days will take place this week, weather permitting, and parents are welcome to come to the school to support their children.
