Miss McCullagh Retires.

29th Jun 2026

Today we said a fond farewell to a very special member of our school family as we celebrated the retirement of Mrs Ann Marie McCullagh.

After many years of dedicated service to education, Ann Marie retires having made a lasting impact on the lives of countless children and families. Since joining St. Patrick’s from a small rural school, she quickly became a much-loved member of our P5 team, where her kindness, patience and unwavering commitment to every child shone through each and every day.

Ann Marie has always taught with her heart, placing the wellbeing and success of her pupils at the centre of everything she did. She has been a wonderful colleague, a trusted friend to many and a real asset to our whole school community.

We were delighted to celebrate her career with staff and friends today, sharing memories, laughter and our sincere appreciation for all she has given to St. Patrick’s.

From everyone at St. Patrick’s Primary School & Nursery Units, we thank you, Ann Marie, for your dedication, your compassion and the difference you have made to so many lives.

We wish you a long, healthy and happy retirement filled with many new adventures. You will always be part of the St. Patrick’s family. ?
