The boys and girls in Mrs Mc Kenna's class enjoyed a hands-on outdoor learning experience as part of their World Around Us topic- Lets Get Growing. It was a simple scientific investigation which involved planting sunflowers. The children carefully planted seeds, explored what plants need to grow, and made predictions about how their sunflowers will change over time. Through this activity, they developed early observation skills while working together and caring for their environment.
