What an unforgettable experience for our pupils who took part in Peace Proms 2026 at the SSE Arena, Belfast!
Performing with 4000 other children in front of a packed arena is no small achievement, and our children represented St. Patrick’s PS with such confidence, enthusiasm and joy. From the very first note to the final dance move, they sang their hearts out and embraced every moment of this incredible celebration of music and community. We are immensely proud of each and every one of them.
A huge word of thanks must also go to our dedicated staff Claire, Sinead, Terry, Lisa and Malachi who gave up their Sunday to support the children. Their commitment to preparing the pupils — teaching the songs, practising the dance routines, and building their confidence over many weeks — made this experience possible. Their energy and encouragement ensured our children stepped onto that stage ready to shine.
Events like Peace Proms create memories that last a lifetime, and it was truly special to see our school community take part in such a wonderful celebration of music and togetherness.
