Today we had our science experiment with Miss Gormley and Miss Gerda. We spoke about the reasons why the Vikings left their lands. One of the main reasons was they were searching for more fertile lands. So we selected different types of growing environments like sand, normal soil, acidic soil and warm soil and planted cress seeds in each one. Over the next few weeks, we will observe the progress of the seeds and draw up our results and conclusions.
