As part of their Shared Education programme, Primary 3 boys and girls from St Patrick’s Primary School and Dungannon Primary School had a fantastic time learning all about bread with the talented Sean from Counter Culture Bakery! From mixing dough to tasting delicious loaves, the children were truly inspired by the creativity and care that goes into artisan baking.
