The boys and girls enjoyed seeing their friends from Dungannon Primary school today.They enjoyed discussing strategies we can employ to improve our Well Being, such as breathing techniques and self-regulation strategies.Some mindfulness colouring in relaxed everyone before the end of the session.Well done children.
