Today we discussed how to be safe online and what we use AI (artificial intelligence) for.
We talked about computer programs we know like Siri and Chat GPT, and how these programs can do lots of cool things but they are not real people.
We designed our own voice assistant device and gave them silly names like Bob and Walt. We sorted what assisted technology can and cannot do, like making dinner or giving us a hug.
We ended the day by creating our own family illustration using the Co Pilot AI app as part of Children’s mental health week topic- This is my Place.
We enjoyed using digital technology today but we also learned to be safe online and always ask an adult if we think something is strange or we are confused.
