SPSC1 Monday 15th- Friday 19th
This week has been full of fun, learning, and exciting experiences!
The younger boys enjoyed a matching activity on the interactive whiteboard, developing their recognition and communication skills through play.
We also revisited the seeds we planted and observed the changes that had taken place over the past week. The children enjoyed discussing how their plants had grown and what they noticed.
We had a fantastic school trip to Cookstown Leisure Centre, where everyone had great fun exploring the soft play area. Afterwards, we enjoyed a lovely lunch together.
Back at school, we were treated to delicious doughnuts kindly provided by Mrs Bolger, before relaxing and watching The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
The children had lots of fun during Bucket Time with our “What’s in My Bucket?” activity, encouraging curiosity and anticipation.
They also explored sensory play by using shaving foam to create car tracks, making marks and patterns while engaging in imaginative play.
We spent time preparing for Father’s Day, creating some beautiful artwork to celebrate the special people in our lives.
To finish off a wonderful week, we made delicious pizzas with Miss Donnelly. The children thoroughly enjoyed choosing their toppings and taking part in the cooking process.
We hope everyone has a lovely weekend!
