SPSC1 week 1 round up February 2026

6th Feb 2026

We’ve had a busy and exciting week full of learning and fun in SPSC1!

The children enjoyed sensory tuff tray time, exploring coloured shaving foam and developing their fine motor skills and creativity.

In the kitchen, we made garlic bread in the oven and tasted it together, practising important life skills and sharing our thoughts on the flavours.

We also got creative making Valentine’s arts and crafts for our loved ones, showing lots of care, effort, and imagination.

A big well done to the boys who received Mathletics certificates and a Fast Phonics certificate for their fantastic effort and progress.

Friday was great fun during World Around Us. We explored Google Maps, found our houses, described what they look like, and then drew detailed pictures of them.

Meanwhile, the younger boys worked hard matching letters to help spell words, building early literacy skills through hands-on learning.

Everyone got treats at snack time on friday- hot chocolate and chocolate hoop cereal. Lucky boys!!

Well done everyone for another brilliant week!
