We’ve been learning lots about the Vikings this term as part of our Raiders and Traders topic. Today we enjoyed crafting our own Viking longships. We had to make sure our longships had a dragon-head, oars, shields and a sail. It was great fun to imagine the Vikings making their ships and to think of all the miles they would have travelled in them. This has been a fascinating topic!
