Congratulations to all the Primary Three and Primary Four teachers who received certificates today for providing leadership in the classroom delivering the Fresh Little Minds SUNRISE programme. This programme ensures the provision of a quality assured trauma informed Emotional Health, Resilience and Well being Curriculum for children. The teachers are now approved to continue to offer this emotional health, resilience and wellbeing programme to deliver the NI School PDMU Curriculum and meet the needs of children’s emotional health and wellbeing.
Mary Fitzpatrick, a Fresh Little Minds facilitator, spent the morning with Primary Three and Four teachers and children celebrating the achievement of completing the programme. The pupils enjoyed a variety of activities capturing the essence of the Fresh Little Minds approach.
